Covid-19 is a coronavirus that causes cold and flu-like symptoms such as fever, coughing and shortness of breath in less severe cases, and pneumonia-like symptoms in severe cases.

The good news is that we can fortify our body’s ability to fight viruses and other infections by providing the immune system’s ‘army’ with a few ‘weapons’ in the form of wholesome and nutritious foods.

Beetroot
