Over in the FitTALK Theatre, fit fans were treated to a talk on how to aim low to achieve great results by author Costa Caratavrakis, and how to inspire the Goliath within you by inspirational speaker, Thami Nkadimeng.
Everyone from fitness beginners to serious athletes joined forces in the various curated health, wellness and fitness competitions, including the MiFitness Games and the DSV Skill Challenge powered by Technogym.
The Body Beautiful Show made a comeback at FIBO Africa, which brought together the best of the industry in fitness modelling, dance, entertainment and played host to many well-known fitness celebrities.
A first for FIBO Africa was the Corporate Challenge powered by Matrix Fitness, which not only saw various teams square off against each other to find the fittest company but also raised money for the Hot 91.9FM’s Hot Cares charity initiative.
