The race starts at 09:00 at Woodbridge Island in Milnerton and follows the coastline running in the direction of the majestic Table Mountain before finishing in Lower Long Street opposite the Absa Building in Cape Town CBD. The event celebrates everything Cape Town – the vibe, the city and the people. Elite and social runners alike will be treated to an on-route experience like no other. Route highlights include iconic city landmarks, magnificent views, awesome sponsor activations and lively performances from some of Cape Town’s leading performing arts groups.
