This full body circuit is made up of 18 moves, that use 2 simple pieces of workout equipment – bands and sliders. Sliders and bands are cost-effective implements to add to any workout routine. They’re also small and portable, which means you can conveniently pop them into a carry bag, travel bag or even a work bag so you train whenever the opportunity arises.

About the workout

Perform this workout in a circuit fashion. Complete 20 reps of each exercise before moving to the next exercise. Repeat 3-5 times to complete the workout.
