Ingredients for the batter

  • 25 g Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice
  • 85 ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Ingredients for the topping

  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • Crushed nuts
  • 1 banana
  • Blueberries
