There are few treats as satisfying as the sweet taste of chocolate encasing the tropical flavour of coconut, but this recipe offers a protein twist.

  1. Add the peanut butter, coconut flour, desiccated coconut and maple syrup to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Shape into 10 small bars and refrigerate while you melt the chocolate.
  3. Coat each bar in the melted chocolate and top with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.
  4. Refrigerate to set.
