The Tour is a perfect environment to join a small group of participants for an open water swim event. A qualified water lifesaving team follows the group with a boat. The pace is relaxed and dictated by the slowest swimmer. The group regroups at the start and finish of each swim leg, with the race starting at Sandy Bay. The ‘cold nudist’ is a sensory overload, combining a cold water rush with a unique Cape Town view of the secluded beach and the Southernmost Cape mountain ranges. The route follows the 16km Torpedo course, finishing short at Bakoven/Camps Bay. Click here for more info.
