DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement add ±2 scoops (27 g) to 200-250 ml of cold water. Mix thoroughly in a blender or a shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 2-5 servings daily. Consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
PLEASE NOTE: Consult with your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 12. Individuals 12-18 years should not exceed one serving a day.
