DOSAGE: Take 4 capsules with a glass of water 30 minutes prior to training. On non-training days, take 4 capsules on an empty stomach, prior to breakfast. Increase daily water intake to 2 – 3 litres per day. Ensure adequate fluid intake before, during and after exercise.
In order to experience the benefits of creatine, an intake of at least 3 g creatine is recommended per day.
