RECIPE SUGGESTION: CHOC CHIP COOKIE RECIPE. Makes ±10-12 cookies.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • Baking Tray.
  • Baking Paper.
  • Electronic Scale / Measuring Jug.
  • Mixing Bowl.
  • Spatula & Whisk.
  • Cooling Rack.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lifestyle Choc Chip Cookie Mix 300 g.
  • Chocolate Chips 50 g (included).
  • 1 x Large Egg.
  • 90 g Soft Butter.

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 ÌŠC.
  2. Beat butter and eggs in mixing bowl.
  3. Add cookie mix and combine contents with spatula.
  4. Add choc chips to mix.
  5. Mix until a soft dough ball is formed (hands are better).
  6. Roll the dough between your hands into small balls (approximately 30 g of dough).
  7. Place cookie balls onto lined baking tray and push the dough balls down to form a disc approximately 5 cm in diameter, leave space to allow spreading.
  8. Bake for approximately 27-29 minutes.
  9. Cool on baking tray for a few minutes before transferring to wire rack.
  10. Baking times may vary due to temperature fluctuations in ovens.

ALLERGENS: Soya. This product has been packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk and eggs. Allergen control program in place.
