SUGGESTED USE: (Stove top): Add ½ cup (50 g) of oats, 1 cup (250ml) of water and a pinch of salt to a saucepan. Bring to boil and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes (depending on the required consistency) and stir occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to stand for a few minutes. (Microwave): in a large bowl, combine ½ cup (50 g) cup oats, 1 cup (250ml) cup water and a pinch ot salt and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to watch caretully to avoid boiling over. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Add your favourite combination of milk, honey, nuts, seeds and stewed or fresh fruit.
