DOSAGE: Mix 1 serving (20g) in approximately 500ml of water. Drink between 50 to 100ml’s at regular intervals approximately every 15-20 minutes. Ideally taken before and during intense training. Take up to 3 servings daily (60g). Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
