DOSAGE: Mix 1 heaped scoops (approx. 8 g) with 100 ml of water, or depending on tolerance, 2 heaped scoops (approx. 16 g) with 200 ml water and shake well. Consume 15-20 minutes prior to training. Start with 1 heaped scoop to assess tolerance.
*Not recommended for use after within 4 hours of bedtime due to high caffeine content.
*Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
*Keep out of each of young children.
