DOSAGE: Take two Halo Burn Day (White Capsules) 3o minutes before breakfast / morning exercise. Take two Halo Burn Night (Black Capsules) 30 minutes before bedtime. For best results use Halo Burn Day and Night concurrently and combine with a calorie-controlled eating plan.
