DOSAGE: Take 1 dose, 3 daytime (white) capsules with your first meal of the day and 1 dose, 3 night-time (black) capsules before bedtime. Use for a cycle of 12 weeks, followed by a 2 week break before starting the cycle again. Discontinue use for 2 weeks before repeating the cycle. Alternatively use directed by your health and fitness advisor.
