DOSAGE: Add 2 – 5 slightly rounded scoops (140g – 350g) with 240 – 600ml of cold water or full cream milk and consume 1 – 3 times daily. It is recommended that you use 1 full serving daily (5 scoops) in divided dosages. Use as a recovery post-training drink and/or supplement with or between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner or fitness advisor. Serving size and mixing ratios may be adjusted to meet individual requirements and taste preferences.
