DOSAGE: Mix 2 level scoops into 200-250ml of water or full cream milk and consume 1-3 times daily. (Full Serving): Mix 6 level scoops (350 g) with 600-650ml of water or full cream milk in an NPL Shaker with a dispersive grid and shake well. (Half Serving): Mix 3 level scoops (175 g) with 300-350ml of water or full cream milk in an NPL Shaker with a dispersive grid and shake well.
Individuals who struggle to gain weight and muscle mass may consume a full serving or 2-3 half servings after training or between meals. For best results, use in combination with a high calorie, high protein eating plan and regular resistance training.
