DOSAGE:Â Take 3 capsules daily preferably in the morning before breakfast. Take another serving before lunch time or 20 min before training in the afternoon when prepping for contests.
If you suffer from any chronic medical condition, using chronic prescription medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to any planned surgical procedure. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product.
