DOSAGE: As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops (43g) with 300ml of cold water. For the creatine loading phase, have 4 servings daily for 3-5 days, then maintain at 1-2 servings per day. For optimal results during maintenance, take 1 serving directly after your workout. On non-training days, take 1 serving in the morning. remember to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily.
