DOSAGE: Add one tea bag to a cup of boiled water. Brew for 4 – 5 minutes. Not suitable for children under the age of 18 years.
Each tea bag contains 20 mg of Caffeine. A cup of instant coffee contains approx. 80 mg of caffeine. Use of caffeine may result in sleep deprivation. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee).
