DOSAGE: Take 1 capsule twice daily. Contains caffeine (4,5 – 20 mg per capsule). A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Use of caffeine may result in sleep deprivation. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee).
