DOSAGE: Mix ±1 scoop (5.5g) with 150 – 200 ml water, protein powder or mass gainer. Take 1 – 2 servings daily, 30 minutes before or immediately after exercise, or non-training days, after waking up. Servings may be doubled, if required.
CREATINE LOADING PHASE: The beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine.
