DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement, mix 2 scoops (43 g) with 300-350 ml of cold water.
LOADING PHASE: Drink 4 servings daily for 5 days, then maintain at 1-2 servings per day.
MAINTENANCE: Take 1 serving prior to and 1 serving directly after your workout. Remember to have at least 10-12 large glasses of water per day.
*Note that the beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3g creatine.
