DOSAGE: Take 1 teaspoon early morning & before or after training.
LOADING PHASE: For the first 5 days of use, take 1 teaspoon 4-5 times per day with 250 ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice.
After 5 consecutive days of loading, take 1 teaspoon 1-2 times per day with 250 ml of your favourite protein/ carbohydrate drink or grape juice.
During loading and maintenance, 1 of the servings should be taken before and/or after training. Remember to have at least 10-12 large glasses of water per day.
