DOSAGE: One can (355 ml) of Red Bull Energy Drink contains 113.6 mg of caffeine (one cup of coffee is 80 mg). As per The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) scientific opinion on the safety of caffeine (2015), an intake of 400 mg per day (three and a half 355 ml cans / five cups of coffee) does not raise safety concerns for the general healthy adult population.
