Biogen Liquid Energy Gel is made with real orange juice and it provides on-the-go energy that reduces electrolyte-related cramps. The liquid energy is caffeine-free and contains 23 grams of fast absorbing carbohydrates that will replenish glycogen stores.
DOSAGE: Take 1 sachet every 30-40 minutes during an event. Reduce intake when combining with other energy sources. (Optimal): Take 1 sachet 30 minutes prior to an event/training session, and another 2-3 sachets afterwards (if no additional products are used beforehand and afterwards for recovery).
