Start your day with this protein collagen oats recipe for a double whammy of muscle-building vegan protein and collagen to support your skin, hair, nail and connective tissue health.
120ml coconut water
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- Blend the oats to create an oat flour
- Mix protein, collagen powder, baking powder and coconut water together. Pour into a greased ramekin.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180’C for approx 18 minutes.
- Mix Greek yoghurt with vanilla extract and top the baked oats.
- Serve and enjoy!
